3/4 cup butter, softenedbutter
1 1/2 cups white sugarsugar
1/3 cup canola oilcanola-oil
1 teaspoon vanillavanilla
2 cups all-purpose flourflour
1 teaspoon baking powderbaking-powder

Instructions (9 steps)

01To make dream cookies: in a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer, beat sugar, butter and vanilla until light and fluffy.
02Add the canola oil slowly while mixing with the mixer.
03Mix flour and baking powder in separate bowl.
04Stir in flour mixture by hand to form a smooth dough.
05Place the dough in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
06Preheat oven to 300 F (150°C).
