2 tablespoons rosemaryrosemary
2 teaspoons dried thymethyme
1 teaspoon black pepperpepper
5 garlic cloves, peeled and choppedgarlic
1 teaspoon celery seedcelery-seed
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakesred-pepper-flakes
2 quarts chicken brothchicken-broth
3 ounces tomato pastetomato-paste
1/2 cup butterbutter
1 1/2 lbs shrimp, peeled, tails onshrimp
1 loaf French bread, toastedbread

Instructions (5 steps)

01Crunch up the rosemary and thyme using fingers.
02Place all ingredients, except shrimp and french bread, in a large pot.
03Simmer this mixture for 2 1/2 hours.
04Five minutes before serving add shrimp and cook about 3-4 minutes or until shrimp is done.
