Double Fudge Oreo Crunch Cookies

• 1 cup Butter, Softenedbutter
• 1-½ cup Sugarsugar
• 2 whole Eggsegg
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extractvanilla-extract
• 2 cups Flourflour
• ½ cups Cocoa Powder
• 1 teaspoon Baking Sodabaking-soda
• ¼ teaspoons Saltsalt
• 1 cup Chocolate Chipschocolate-chips
• 1 cup Crushed Oreo Cookies

1. 01Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt and mix until combined.
2. 02Fold in chocolate chips and crushed Oreos. Refrigerate dough for 2-4 hours (or more). When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350ºF, roll into balls or scoop with an ice cream scooper and set on a baking sheet.
3. 03Bake at 350ºF for 10-12 minutes. Let cool completely.
