6 pork chops, trimmed of fatpork-chops
1 cup chopped oniononion
1/2 cup ketchupketchup
1/4 cup packed brown sugarbrown-sugar
3 tablespoons white vinegarvinegar
1 tablespoon soy saucesoy-sauce
1/2 teaspoon saltsalt
1/8 teaspoon pepperpepper

Instructions (6 steps)

01Heat oven to 350 degrees.
02Brown pork chops in frying pan and then transfer to a roasting pan.
03Scatter onion over pork chops.
04Mix remaining 6 ingredients together and pour over pork chops and onion.
05Cover.
06Bake for about 1 hour until meat is tender.
