Parmesan Tilapia

• ½ cups Grated Parmesan Cheeseparmesan
• ¼ cups Butterbutter
• 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise Or Miracle Whipmayonnaise
• 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juicelemon-juice
• ¼ teaspoons Basilbasil
• ¼ teaspoons Black Pepperpepper
• ⅛ teaspoons Onion Saltsalt
• 2 pounds Tilapiatilapia

1. 01Mix ingredients (except fish) together; set aside.
2. 02Grease pan and evenly space the fish. Broil on the top rack for 2-3 minutes. Flip, repeat, and broil 2-3 minutes. Remove from the oven.
3. 03Spread the top side of fish with the butter mixture. Broil 2 more minutes or until golden brown. Serve fish with pan drippings on top of the fish, with Uncle Ben’s Wild Rice and steamed broccoli.
