3 cups all-purpose flourflour
4 teaspoons baking powderbaking-powder
1/2 teaspoon saltsalt
1 1/2 cups grated cheese (, your choice, we like sharp cheddar)
1 1/2 cups milkmilk
2 tablespoons melted butter or 2 tablespoons margarinemargarine

Instructions (8 steps)

01Combine flour, baking powder, salt and cheese in large bowl.
02Stir thoroughly.
03Add milk and melted butter.
04Stir to form soft dough.
05Put in greased loaf pan 9 x 5 x 3 inch.
06Bake in 400 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
07Remove from pan to cool.

08Serve with butter.
