01Start by adding the eggs, sugar, salt, oil, and flour and 1 cup of milk into a bowl. Whisk everything together until well combined.
02Now, add the remaining 1 cup of milk and whisk again until it's completely mixed and lump-free.
03Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and lightly grease it with butter for the first crepe only.
04Pour about 60 ml (¼ cup) of batter onto the pan, swirling to spread evenly.
05Cook for about 1 minute on each side or until lightly golden brown. For the remaining crepes, there's no need to add more butter to the pan. Just pour the batter and cook each crepe as before.
