Marsha’s Famous Cinnamon-Banana Muffins

• ½ cups Butter, At Room Temperaturebutter
• 1-¼ cup Sugarsugar
• 2 whole Eggsegg
• ⅓ cups Sour Cream (low Fat)
• 1 teaspoon Baking Sodabaking-soda
• 1 cup Mashed Bananas (2-3 Very Ripe)banana
• 1-½ cup Flour, Siftedflour
• 1 pinch Saltsalt
• 1 teaspoon Vanillavanilla
• 1 teaspoon Cinnamoncinnamon
• ½ cups Brown Sugar (topping)

1. 01Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Beat until light and fluffy. Add sour cream and baking soda. Stir in bananas. Add flour and a dash of salt. Beat until smooth. Add vanilla and cinnamon. Fill muffin cups then sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake at 350ºF for 15 minutes.
