4 tablespoons sugarsugar
1 teaspoon baking sodabaking-soda
2 tablespoons golden syrupgolden-syrup

Instructions (6 steps)

01Bring the sugar and the golden syrup to the boil, slowly stirring all the time.
02Boil for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
03Remove from heat and add soda.
04Stir in quickly until it froths and pour at once into a greased tin.
05Break up when cold.
06Store in an airtight tin.
