24 slices fresh mushroomsmushroom
4 slices cheddar cheese, thincheddar
4 hamburger buns
salt and peppersalt-and-pepper
lettucelettuce

Instructions (6 steps)

01Shape ground round into 8 thin patties.
02Place 1 slice swiss, 6 slices mushrooms and 1 slice cheddar on 4 patties.
03Top with second pattie and seal edges well.
04Pan fry on med heat for about 8 minutes per side, until meat is done.
05Salt and pepper to taste.
06Place on buns and add lettuce, tomato and onion.
