Another marinade that I like to prepare with salmon. This does not include the cooking time of the salmon. This can be used as a marinade for any other type of seafood.

3 tablespoons butterbutter
1 -3 teaspoon lemon juicelemon-juice
2 1/4 teaspoons dill weeddill
lemon pepper seasoning, to tastelemon
1 lb salmon fillets or 1 lb steaksalmon

Instructions (4 steps)

01In a saucepan, heat butter, lemon juice and dill weed.
02Coat 1/2 salmon with mixture.
03Sprinkle with lemon pepper and grill, skin side down.
04Brush with remaining mixture while grilling.
