I'm not sure where my mother got this recipe but it's been around since I was little. I love this recipe! Nice and easy to make and very tasty. (Of course I like to add more seasoning than it calls for).

Ingredients (9)

1 cup finely chopped oniononion
1 lb small curd cottage cheesecurd
1/4 cup vegetable oilvegetable-oil
1 tablespoon soy saucesoy-sauce
3 eggs, beatenegg
1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts are nice)
4 cups Special K cereal
1 teaspoon saltsalt
1 teaspoon sagesage

Instructions (2 steps)

01Mix all ingredients together and put into a shallow greased baking pan. (about 9x9").
02Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
