1 -2 cup mozzarella cheesemozzarella
1/2-3/4 cup spinachspinach
1/4 cup diced oniononion
1 teaspoon garlicgarlic
1 teaspoon oreganooregano
4 tablespoons parmesan cheeseparmesan
1 1/2 cups Italian breadcrumbsbreadcrumbs
3 egg whitesegg

Instructions (7 steps)

01Cut a slit in each of the chicken breast.
02dip each chicken breast in the egg white.
03Roll each chicken breast in the bowl breadcrumbs.
04mix cheeses, spinach, onion, garlic, oregano.
05Stuff each chicken breast with the above mixture.

Bake the chicken breast in oven at 400 for 55-60 minutes.

07Top with mozzarella cheese and serve.
