2 cups pumpkin seedspumpkin-seeds
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauceworcestershire
1 1/2 tablespoons melted butterbutter
1 1/4 teaspoons saltsalt

Instructions (9 steps)

01Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
02Thoroughly rinse seeds and pick out stray bits of pumpkin.
03Pour seeds on a cookie sheet, preferably one with sides.
04Combine Worcestershire sauce and melted butter.
05Pour Worcestershire sauce/butter combination over seeds and stir to distribute evenly.
06Evenly sprinkle salt over seeds.
07Bake for two hours, stirring every half hour.
