7 pounds Spiral Cut Ham
1 cup Dark Brown Sugardark-brown-sugar
2 cups Pineapple Juicepineapple-juice
½ cups Real Maple Syrupmaple-syrup

Instructions (1 steps)

01Use a 6-7 quart slow cooker. Unwrap the ham and discard the flavor packet. Place the ham into the slow cooker stoneware, flat-side down. Rub brown sugar on all sides. Mix pineapple juice and maple syrup in a bowl and pour over the ham. Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours. An hour before serving, baste the ham with the collected juices from the bottom of the slow cooker. When cooking is done, remove carefully and let it rest on a cutting board for 10 minutes before carving. My ham was so tender, we didn’t have to carve it; it fell into perfect pieces on the platter.
