12 Oreo cookies, tops separated from bottoms
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheesecream-cheese
1/2 cup sugarsugar
1 teaspoon vanillavanilla
2 eggsegg
1/2 cup chocolate chipschocolate-chips
2 teaspoons shorteningshortening

Instructions (7 steps)

01Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs together until smooth Place an Oreo with frosting side up in the bottom of a lined muffin cup.
02Top with cream cheese mixture.
03Top that with crushed Oreo tops.
04Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
05Remove from oven and cool.
06Melt shortening and chocolate chips until smooth.
