2 tablespoons chopped jalapenosjalapeno
1/2 cup chopped oniononion
4 -5 cloves chopped garlicgarlic
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drainedblack-beans
1 cup plain low-fat yogurtyogurt
1 teaspoon ground cumincumin
1/2 teaspoon saltsalt
tortilla chips or cracker

Instructions (7 steps)

01Place jalapenoes, onion, garlic, and beans in food processor.
02Cover and blend on medium high speed until almost smooth.
03Spoon mixture into bowl.
04Stir in yogurt, cumin, and salt.
05Cover and refrigerate until chilled or heat in a 1 1/2 qt.
06saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently, until hot.

07Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
