1/2 cup plain yogurtyogurt
2 teaspoons lemon zestlemon
2 tablespoons lemon juicelemon-juice
1 garlic clove, crushedgarlic
1/2 teaspoon ground cumincumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriandercoriander
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakesred-pepper-flakes
1/2 teaspoon black pepperpepper
1/2 teaspoon saltsalt
2 lbs boneless skinless chickenchicken

Instructions (3 steps)

01Mix the yogurt with the seasonings place in a plastic bag with the chicken. Marinate for 2 hours to overnight.
02Pound chicken in the bag with the marinade to 1/2 thick and grill, saute, skewer or bake until lightly browned and cooked through.
03Serve with rice or pasta and salad and enjoy!
