2 cups milkmilk
1/4 cup melted butterbutter
4 eggsegg
1 teaspoon vanilla extractvanilla-extract
1 cup firmly packed brown sugarsugar
1/2 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup flaked coconutcoconut

Instructions (5 steps)

01Combine all ingredients except coconut in a blender and blend at high speed for 15 seconds.
02Pour into greased 10" pie plate.
03Sprinkle coconut on top (optional).
04Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
05Cool completely before cutting.
