Marinade for Beef

• 1/2 cup soy saucesoy-sauce
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauceworcestershire
• 1 tablespoon red wine vinegarred-wine-vinegar
• 2 tablespoons olive oilolive-oil
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powderonion-powder
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powdergarlic-powder
• 1/2 teaspoon seasoning saltsalt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepperpepper
• 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper saucepepper
• 1/2 lemon, juice oflemon

1. 01Combine all ingredients in a non aluminium covered dish and mix well.
2. 02Pierce meat to be marinated several times with a fork.
3. 03Place meat in marinade and cover.
4. 04Refrigerate overnight, turning several times.
