2/3 cup hoisin saucehoisin-sauce
1 -2 tablespoon finely grated peeled gingerginger
2 tablespoons minced fresh garlicgarlic
2 -4 teaspoons hot red pepper flakes (use more for extreme heat!)
1 teaspoon sesame oilsesame-oil
3 tablespoons honeyhoney
2 tablespoons soy saucesoy-sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons rice wine vinegarrice-wine-vinegar

Instructions (4 steps)

01Whisk all ingredients together.
02Place the chicken in a large bowl or dish.
03Pour the sauce over the chicken and toss to completely coat with the sauce.
04Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight.
