1/2 cup brown sugar, packedbrown-sugar

3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamoncinnamon

1/8 teaspoon ground gingerginger
3 eggs, slightly beatenegg
3/4 cup evaporated milkevaporated-milk
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
sweetened whipped cream, for garnishcream

Instructions (7 steps)

01Preheat oven to 425°F
02Combine apple butter, pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices in a bowl.
03Stir in eggs.
04Gradually add milk and mix well.
05Pour into pie shell.

06Bake for about 40 minutes or until set.

07Garnish with whipped cream and maybe some pecans.
