This is one of the first recipes that my mother ever taught me. The absolute best guacamole I have ever tasted! Everyone that tries it, falls in love with it!

3 large Hass avocadoesavocado
1 tablespoon light mayonnaisemayonnaise
1/4 cup sour creamsour-cream
1/2 teaspoon lemon juicelemon-juice
2 tablespoons hot salsa or 2 tablespoons mild salsasalsa

Instructions (6 steps)

01Make sure that the avocadoes are ripe!
02Then peel them, and take out the pits.
03Put them in a medium bowl with all of the other ingredients.
04Mash well using a potato masher, then whip a bit with a fork.
05Add salt and pepper to taste.
06Serve with tortilla chips, cherry tomatoes, coctail shrimp, on mexican food-- the possibilities are endless!
