• 2 (3 3/4-oz) cans brisling sardines packed in olive oil, drainedoil
• 1/4 cup mayonnaisemayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsleyparsley
• 2 teaspoons drained bottled capers, chopped
• 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh lemon zestlemon
