01Line an 8×8 or 9×9 pan with waxed paper.
02First Layer: In microwave, melt the bag of white chocolate chips with ONE of the cans of milk. Heat in 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval to make sure the chocolate doesn’t scorch. Once it’s melted, stir until smooth and add the chopped Oreos and mini chocolate chips. Pour evenly in your prepared pan.
03Second Layer: Melt the bag of milk chocolate chips with the second can of milk. Heat in 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval to make sure the chocolate doesn’t scorch. Once it’s melted, stir until smooth and pour evenly over the first layer.
04Refrigerate until firm. Serve at room temperature.
