I know there are similar recipes for corn salad but none just like Dotty-boos. This is such a refreshing salad and so easy to put together. It's great in the summer. Cook time is actually chill time.

2 (11 ounce) cans white shoepeg corn, drain 1corn
1 medium tomatoes, seeded and dicedtomato
1/4 cup green onion, chopped smallscallion
1/3 cup mayonnaisemayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice (or more)lemon
salt, season to your likingsalt
white pepper, season to your likingwhite-pepper

Instructions (4 steps)

01Combine corn, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt and pepper in a bowl. Stir well.
02Add tomatoes and green onions and mix gently.
03Cover and refrigerate over night.
04When ready to serve, give it a good stir and then watch it disappear from sight!
