3 cups flourflour
1 teaspoon baking sodabaking-soda
1 teaspoon cinnamoncinnamon
2 cups sugarsugar
1 teaspoon saltsalt
3 cups mashed strawberriesstrawberry
1 1/4 cups oiloil
4 eggs, well beatenegg
1/2 cup strawberry juice, drained from mashed strawberriesstrawberry-juice
8 ounces softened cream cheesecream-cheese

Instructions (8 steps)

01Preheat oven to 350°F.
02Mix first five ingredients together.
03Make a well in centre of mixture.
04Stir strawberries, oil and eggs in by hand .
05Pour into two greased 9x5" loaf pans.

Bake at given temperature for 50 to 60 minutes.

07Cool on wire rack.

08For topping, blend reserved strawberry juice with cream cheese. Drizzle over cooled loaves.
