8-10 Eggs (leave at room temperature for 2 hours before cooking*)egg
1 TBSP Saltsalt
Enough Water to cover the eggs completely

Instructions (6 steps)

01Place your eggs in the bottom of your pot. Do not stack the eggs, they must be in a single layer.
02Put salt in to your pot.
03Pour enough water in to your pot, to completely cover your eggs in water.
04Lock the lid in place. Select High Pressure and set the timer for 2.5 hours.
05Natural release for 2 minutes. Finish with a quick release.
06Cool the eggs in an ice bath for 2 minutes.
