3 cups green cabbage, grated, packedcabbage
1 medium carrot, gratedcarrot
2 tablespoons green onions, choppedscallion
1 tomatoes, choppedtomato
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaisemayonnaise
2 tablespoons nonfat milkmilk
1/2 teaspoon mustardmustard
1 teaspoon sugar (or artificial sweetner)sugar
1/4 teaspoon onion powderonion-powder
1/8 teaspoon celery seed (optional)celery

Instructions (3 steps)

01In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, green onion, chill.
02Mix together salad dressing ingredients with a wire whisk.
03Just before serving the coleslaw, add in the tomato and toss in the dressing.
