2 1/2 teaspoons coarsely ground pepperpepper
4 tablespoons Morton Tender Quick saltsalt
1 teaspoon garlic powdergarlic-powder
2 1/2 teaspoons mustard seedsmustard-seed
2 1/2 teaspoons liquid smokeliquid-smoke

Instructions (7 steps)

01Mix all ingredients together in glass or plastic bowl.
02DO NOT USE ANY METAL!
03Cover and put in refrigerator.
04Mix each day for 3 days.
05On fourth day, mix and form into 5 logs.
06Place on broiler pan.
07Bake 150F degrees to 160F degrees for 9 hours.
