01Cut apples in cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice to keep from discoloring and mix with 1 cup sugar to make liquid for cake.
02Set aside.
03Cream eggs, butter and remaining sugar.
04Add dry ingredients, and pecans.
05Add the cubed apple mixture.
06Bake in greased floured bundt pan at 350 degrees approximately 1 hour (longer if necessary) until done or inserted toothpick comes out clean.
