Not sure where I got this recipe from but they are the best,fall of the bone, melt in your mouth ribs I have ever tasted. Great in the winter when a barbecue isn't so readily available.

4 lbs pork spareribs (fresh)
1 cup diced oniononion
1 cup ketchupketchup
1 cup waterwater
1 teaspoon saltsalt
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauceworcestershire
1/2 cup white vinegarvinegar
1/2 cup brown sugarbrown-sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustardmustard

Instructions (7 steps)

01Brown spareribs well.
02Pour off excess fat.
03Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
04Bake covered at 350° for approximately 2 hours, turning 2 or 3 times.
05Remove cover.
06Bake for 15 minutes longer.
