Jalapeno Cheese Beer Bread

• 3 cups All-purpose Flourflour
• 3 teaspoons Baking Powderbaking-powder
• 1 teaspoon Saltsalt
• ¼ cups Sugarsugar
• ¼ cups Pickled Jalapeños, Chopped
• 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheesecheddar
• 12 ounces, fluid Beer (one Can)
• ½ cups Melted Butterbutter

1. 01Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Measure and then sift the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt into a mixing bowl. Add the chopped jalapenos and cheddar cheese. Pour one can of beer into the mixing bowl and mix until blended. Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan. Pour melted butter over mixture. Bake one hour or until golden brown. Cool for 5-10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool an additional 10 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
2. 02Self-rising flour may be substituted for all purpose flour. Just omit the baking powder and salt.
