1 teaspoon garlic, finely choppedgarlic
1/2 teaspoon sesame oilsesame-oil
1 tablespoon Chinese white rice vinegarvinegar

1 pinch white pepperwhite-pepper
1 pinch granulated sugarsugar

Instructions (2 steps)

01Mix all ingredients for the dressing, and set aside.
02Thinly slice the tomatoes. Arrange tomato slices on a plate, and spoon the dressing over the top.
