Vanilla Pudding Cake with Whipped Cream Pudding Frosting

This is my go-to cake! It is so moist and easy to make since it starts with a boxed cake mix. I usually use a yellow cake mix but you can vary the flavor depending on your choice of cake and pudding mix. Yummy!

1 package (18.25 Oz. Box) Yellow Or White Cake Mix
1 package (4-serving Size Package) Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix Or Your Choice Of Flavor
1-⅓ cup Waterwater
4 whole Large Eggsegg
½ cups Vegetable Oilvegetable-oil
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extractvanilla-extract

16 ounces, weight Tub Of Cool Whip Or 2 Cups Homemade Whipped Cream, Chilled 4 Hours
1 package (4-serving Size Package) Vanilla Pudding Mixvanilla
1 cup Milkmilk
1 dash Vanilla Extract (optional)vanilla

02Combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs, and oil in a large mixer bowl. Blend; beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Stir in vanilla. Pour into greased and floured 8 or 9-inch cake rounds or a 9×13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees F for 35-40 minutes. Cool 15 minutes in the pan. Remove from the pan and fully cool on a rack.
