1 (20 ounce) package frozen whole kernel corncorn
1/2 pint whipping creamcream
1/2 pint milkmilk
1/4 teaspoon saltsalt
1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)cayenne
2 -6 tablespoons melted butter (, your preference)butter
2 tablespoons flourflour
1/4 cup parmesan cheeseparmesan
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheesecheddar

Instructions (6 steps)

01Combine the first 5 ingredients in a saucepan.
02Bring to a boil.
03Simmer for 5 minutes.
04Blend the butter and flour together and add to the corn.
05Transfer to a casserole dish and sprinkle with both cheeses.
