01Heat oven to 350F.
02Beat together butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs, vanilla and beat well. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; add to egg mixture and mix well. Stir in the oats and the chocolate/butterscotch chips and mix in.
03Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10- 12 minutes until golden. Cool about 1 minute before moving to a wire rack.
04Makes about 2 dozen.
