1 cup mayonnaise (Not salad dressing)mayonnaise
1/4 cup egg substitute or 1 large eggegg
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, gratedparmesan
2 tablespoons waterwater
2 tablespoons olive oilolive-oil
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juicelemon-juice
1 1/2 tablespoons anchovy pasteanchovy-paste
3 garlic cloves, minced very finegarlic
2 teaspoons sugarsugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely groundpepper
1/4 teaspoon saltsalt
1/4 teaspoon parsley, freeze-dried and crushedparsley

Instructions (3 steps)
