1 cup sifted all-purpose flourflour

1/2 teaspoon saltsalt
1 eggegg
1/3 cup crunchy peanut butterbutter
1 cup milkmilk
2 tablespoons vegetable oilvegetable-oil

Instructions (6 steps)

01In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
02In a smaller bowl, beat egg with peanut butter.
03Stir in milk and oil.
04Add to the dry ingredients, stirring until well blended.
05Cook on a lightly greased skillet till bubbles break on the surface.
06Flip to cook the other side.
