1 large onion, choppedonion
2 green peppers, choppedbell-pepper
1/2 cup butterbutter
1/4 cup flourflour
2 cups frozen or canned corncorn
2 cups cooked long-grain ricelong-grain-rice
1 (14 ounce) can chopped tomatoes, with liquidtomato
4 boiled eggsegg
2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shreddedcheddar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauceworcestershire
2 -3 tablespoons hot pepper saucepepper
2 teaspoons saltsalt
1 teaspoon pepperpepper

Instructions (6 steps)

01In a large frying pan, saute onions and green peppers in butter until soft.
02Stir in flour and remove from heat.
03Add remaining ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup cheese.

Pour into a large baking dish.

05Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

06Top with remaining cheese and let stand for 5 minutes.
