I've never found someone who doesn't like these, even if they don't like tuna! The cream cheese adds a wonderful flavor and creamy texture and the melted Swiss really compliments the tuna.

2 cans Tuna, Drained
6 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
Minced Oniononion
Garlic Powdergarlic-powder
Saltsalt
Pepperpepper
Flour Tortillasflour-tortillas
Swiss Cheeseswiss-cheese

Instructions (4 steps)

01Mix drained tuna and cream cheese until smooth.
02Add minced onion, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
03Spread tuna mixture on one half of the tortilla, sprinkle generously with Swiss cheese, then fold over.
04Heat 1-2 tbs. of olive oil in a skillet and fry tortillas until golden brown on both sides.
