Mozzarella Puffs

• 1 (7 ounce) package refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
• 1 teaspoon oreganooregano
• 2 -3 ounces mozzarella cheese, blockmozzarella
• 2 tablespoons pizza sauce

1. 01Make an indentation in the center of each biscuit.
2. 02Sprinkle with oregano.
3. 03Cut the mozzarella into 10 cubes.
4. 04Place a cube in the center of each biscuit.
5. 05Pinch dough tightly around cheese to seal.
6. 06Place seam side down on an ungreased baking sheet.
7. 07Spread pizza sauce over tops.
8. 08Bake at 375 degrees 10-15 minutes.
