1/4 cup parmesan cheese, finely gratedparmesan
1/2 teaspoon dry mustardmustard
2 garlic cloves, finely choppedgarlic
1 shallot, finely choppedshallot
1/2 teaspoon fine sea saltsalt
1/2 teaspoon sweet paprikapaprika
1/4-1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepperpepper
1/4 cup vegetable oilvegetable-oil
1 whole roasting chicken, cut up into 8 pieceschicken

Instructions (4 steps)

01Preheat oven to 375°F.
02Combine all ingredients for coating chicken in bowl; mix well.
03Brush the chicken lightly with oil and roll in the coating mix.
04Place on cookie sheet, covered with tin foil and bake for 1 hour.
