1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softenedcream-cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)cheddar
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
2 tablespoons picante saucepicante-sauce
1/2 teaspoon chili powderchili-powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic saltsalt
1/4 teaspoon onion powderonion-powder
2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
additional chili powder (optional)

Instructions (9 steps)

01In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese.
02Add the cheddar cheese, chilies, picante sauce, chili powder, garlic salt and onion powder.
03Separate each tube of crescent roll dough into four rectangles; press perforations to seal.
04Spread about 1/4 cup cheese mixture over each rectangle.
