04Sprinkle flour, baking soda, and salt over the mixture. Fold gently, just until the dry ingredients are incorporated and there are no streaks. Don’t over mix!
05Scrape batter into the prepared pan, smooth with spatula, and sprinkle turbinado sugar on top, if desired. Bake for 55-65 minutes, until a knife or a long toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool for 15-20 minutes in the pan before removing. Slice and serve!
