4 cups sliced plumsplum
1/2 cup sugarsugar
1/4 cup flourflour
1/4 teaspoon saltsalt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamoncinnamon
1 tablespoon lemon juicelemon-juice
1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie pastry
1/2 cup sugarsugar
1/2 cup flourflour
1/4 teaspoon cinnamoncinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmegnutmeg
3 tablespoons cold margarinemargarine

Instructions (6 steps)

01In bowl, combine first 6 ingredients; pour into pastry shell.
02For topping, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.
03Cut in margarine until coarse.
04Sprinkle over plums.
05Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 60 minutes or until golden brown.
