1 teaspoon baking powderbaking-powder
1/4 teaspoon baking sodabaking-soda
1/4 teaspoon saltsalt
1/2 teaspoon gingerginger
1 teaspoon cinnamoncinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves (optional)clove
1 eggegg
1 1/4 cups milkmilk
1/4 cup molassesmolasses
3 tablespoons canola oilcanola-oil

Instructions (5 steps)

01Sift together the dry ingredients.
02Beat egg well.
03Add milk, beat in molasses, then canola oil. Mix in dry ingredients until smooth.
04Using a quarter cup measure, spread pancake on preheated griddle and cook until golden brown.
