1 (16 ounce) package baby carrotscarrot
3/4 cup waterwater
2 tablespoons butter, dividedbutter
1/4 cup honeyhoney
2 tablespoons orange juiceorange-juice
1 teaspoon ground gingerginger
1/8 teaspoon saltsalt
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmegnutmeg
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakesparsley

Instructions (9 steps)

01In a large skillet combine carrots, water,and 1 tablespoon of the butter.
02Bring to boiling; reduce heat to medium.
03Cover and cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until carrots are nearly tender.
04Drain; return to skillet.
05In a small bowl combine honey,orange juice, ginger,salt,and nutmeg.

Pour over carrots.

07Add the remaining butter.

08Cook,uncovered,5 to 6 minutes more or until carrots are tender,stirring to glaze carrots.

09Just before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
