Crock Pot Turkey Breast

• 1 whole Oniononion
• 2 sticks Butterbutter
• 6 pounds Turkey Breastturkey-breast

1. 01Peel onion and cut into chunks and place in the bottom of a crock pot.
2. 02Wash turkey breast (this receipe is not for a whole turkey—I use the breast only), and place on top of onion.
3. 03Slice up butter sticks and put throughout the crock pot, over and under the turkey breast.
4. 04Cook on low for 8 hours (it will not hurt it to go longer) or on high for 4 hours.
5. 05Drain off melted butter, set turkey breast on a platter and serve with mashed potatoes and gravy and your favorite veggie.
6. 06This is great for having leftover turkey sandwiches for lunch the next day!
