15 yellow onionsonion
10 green bell peppersbell-pepper
30 stalks celerycelery

Instructions (9 steps)

01wash bell peppers and celery.
02skin onions.
03cut all in large chunks.
04put some of each in blender.
05blend till liquified.
06pour into ice cube trays and freeze.
07repeat till all are blended and frozen.
08put frozen cubes in zip lock bags.
09use cubes in beans, seafood or meat dish.
